Hazma's Weapon doesn't move

Hazma's Weapon doesn't move

If Hazma is holding a dagger, it doesn't move up and down during his animation.
All the other character's weapons move up and down.

Ah. Good catch. I was off by 1 pixel on his second movement frame.
That should be fixed now.
